Meet Our Speakers
David Ashcraft, Global Leadership Network CEO & Former Pastor
David Ashcraft is the President and CEO of the Global Leadership Network (GLN), equipping pastors, churches, and leaders worldwide. Previously, he served as Pastor of LCBC Church in Manheim, Pennsylvania, where the church grew from a single location of 150 people to 19 locations with over 22,000 in weekly attendance. David is also the Founder and President of The Advantage, a leadership collaborative supporting pastors across the country. He is the author of What Was I Thinking? and serves on the boards of the Global Leadership Network and the National Association of Evangelicals.
Matt Schandera, Gamáliel AI Bible Study & Former Pastor
AI isn’t coming to the Church—it’s already here, shaping how people think, ask questions, and grow spiritually. Matt Shandera helps church leaders understand what that means and how to engage it faithfully. He is a founding team member at Gamaliel.ai, building tools that support biblical literacy without compromising theological integrity. His background spans enterprise software (New Relic and Confluent), pastoral ministry at LCBC Church, and nonprofit leadership with CURE International. Matt believes church leaders should help shape the AI conversation—not just react to it
