Ignite Fort Wayne is a unique learning experience focusing on the most important leadership opportunity every leader faces…self-leadership. Packed with relational, experiential, and reflective learning, you will anchor yourself to lead in the current environment and hone your ability to be an innovative leader. Group Meetings 2025 Spring Session Schedule
Eight group meetings are 90 minutes and will occur during each of the following weeks:
- Week of March 24 – 12:00 p.m. in person kick-off lunch at Parkview Mirro Center
- Week of April 9 – in person in Fort Wayne area
- Week of April 16 – online via Zoom
- Week of April 30 – in person in Fort Wayne area
- Week of May 5 – Special Event at Parkview Mirro Center
- Week of May 14 – online via Zoom
- Week of May 21 – online via Zoom
- Week of May 29 – in person in Fort Wayne Area
- Graduation | Open House – Week ofJune 2 – Love Fort Wayne Office
Veteran Leader Meeting
One 60-minute meeting with an established Fort Wayne area veteran leader committed to seeing the next generation of leaders flourish:
- Week of April 21
Participants can expect individual reading and reflection activities of about 90 minutes per week. Multiple Ignite groups are run co-currently, each limited to 12 participants.
Application Deadline and Payment
Spring 2025 Session is now open and taking applications. Application deadline is March 14. Accepted applicants will be notified by March 17. The $450 registration is payable upon acceptance and includes books and programming (payment plans also available).
